Position Overview:
The Senior Inventory Planning Analyst is responsible for a variety of projects and processes that help ensure our product is in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical individual who is comfortable dealing with large data sets to optimize and manage inventory. They should possess excellent project management and communication skills, as they will serve as a key liaison between the operations, merchandising, store, and marketing teams. Core Responsibilities:
- Own SKU inventory management minimizing out of stocks
- Formulate in-depth inventory forecasts across product types
- Manage and allocate inventory to store(s)
- Open-To-Buy process
- Drive ad-hoc hindsighting analysis focusing on profitability and maximizing sales
- Work directly with 3PL ensuring no interruption to inventory flow
Position Requirements:
- BA/BS or equivalent degree
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Highly proficient in Excel, with the ability to summarize and deliver insights from large amounts of data
- Asana and Netsuite experience a plus
- Strong interest in supply chain, fashion, or eCommerce space
